Office: Office 2, 30/2 Eskbank Office Complex, Hardengreen Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, EH22 3NX, Scotland.
Myers Photography & Design Ltd is the data controller. The company also trades as Colin Myers Photography.
Old Edinburgh Print Co is not a separate company or separate data controller.
We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data-protection and electronic-communications law, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, as amended.

Depending upon how you use the Old Edinburgh Print Co website, we may process:

6. Printers and Delivery Providers
Where a reproduction is manufactured or shipped by a printing partner, we may provide that partner with the customer’s name, delivery address and information necessary to manufacture and dispatch the order.
Relevant information may also be provided to Royal Mail, couriers, postal operators, insurers or other delivery services.
Where a damage or loss claim is made, relevant order information and evidence may be shared with the supplier, carrier, insurer, payment provider or authority reasonably involved in investigating that claim.
7. Other Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with website hosting and security providers, payment processors, printers, fulfilment suppliers, delivery companies, professional advisers and public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
