Made-to-order reproduction prints may be dispatched directly by our printing partner and are packaged appropriately for their size.
Production and delivery estimates displayed on the product page or checkout are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Customers requiring an item for a specific date should contact us before ordering.
Original antique items are individually packed according to their size, age and condition and may be dispatched separately from reproduction products.
Where tracking is available to the customer, tracking information will normally be supplied after dispatch.
Where delivery fails because an incorrect address was supplied, delivery was refused or an item was not collected or rearranged, our failed-delivery and reissue provisions apply.
Orders outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these are the recipient’s responsibility.
